Refund Policy

  • We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. Refunds to the original method of payment are NOT issued.

  • Items must be in new condition with tags intact. Worn items will not be accepted.

  • All items have a 7-business-day return window after delivery.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of the return being delivered to our warehouse. Store credit never expires.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the store credit amount and will not be refunded.

  • Order cancellations or edits are not allowed once the order has been placed. Please ensure all order, contact, and payment information is correct at checkout.

  • Price adjustments are not offered for past or future orders.

  • To exchange an item, return your original order and use your store credit to place a new order.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" in the description cannot be returned or exchanged.
